Care Coordinator
Grace Benson serves as a Care Coordinator at Salubre Care, helping patients navigate the practical aspects of their care from their first interaction with the practice through ongoing treatment.
She assists with patient onboarding, scheduling, telehealth support, referrals, pharmacy coordination, and patient communications, while working closely with Salubre Care's clinical team to help keep care organized and patients informed.
Currently pursuing her degree in business, Grace brings strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to her role. Her responsiveness and attention to detail help create the personal, well-coordinated patient experience Salubre Care strives to provide.
